Simple guidelines for shopkeepers using Retail IQ.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Retail IQ, you agree to use the demand forecasting and inventory restock tools responsibly for managing your shop inventory.
2. Forecasting Disclaimer
Retail IQ provides time-series predictions (moving averages and linear trend calculations) and AI summaries to assist your stocking decisions. Because real-world sales can be impacted by unforeseen external events (e.g. weather, local holidays, supplier outages), forecasts are intended as decision aids rather than absolute guarantees.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of sales CSV or Excel files uploaded to the app. Auto-detection column mapping should be reviewed before finalizing records.
